YGT may collect contact, identity-verification, billing, site, operator, licence, payment, photograph, incident and equipment telemetry/GPS information reasonably needed to administer a hire, manage safety, protect or recover equipment, prevent fraud, invoice, collect debt, meet legal duties and handle insurance.
Use and disclosure
Relevant information may be disclosed to service providers, site controllers, payment or debt providers, advisers, brokers/insurers, Police or regulators where reasonably necessary, authorised or required. YGT's source terms state that personal information is not sold.
Equipment telemetry
Hire equipment may transmit location, hours, fault and security data during the Hire Period for the purposes above.
